Banbury Choral Society was founded in February 1942, in the dark days of World War Two. The Choral Society meets on Monday nights during term time at Marlborough Road Methodist Church in Banbury.

BCOS is a performing musical society with a difference: we rehearse and present works from both the choral and operatic disciplines, usually performing a major choral work in the spring and a staged musical production in the late autumn, both with orchestra.

Warriner Choral Society was formed in September 1972. The society plays an active part in the life of Bloxham and Deddington villages with a reputation for producing high quality performances.

The Society endeavours to put on 4 productions a year covering a wide range: family shows, thrillers, period drama and comedy - check our `Previous Productions' for a full list. We have recently taken to entering the local Oxford Drama Network annual festival.

Award-winning amateur musical society performing two shows a year, or a show and a concert. We also have a youth section - YOBOS (Youth of Banbury Operatic Society)

The Trinity Camerata is a small, high quality amateur ensemble. This season we have a new home, at St Edburg's church in Bicester.

The Bicester Concert Band practices at St Edburg's Church Hall (Nr. Bicester Library) at 7.45 pm every Tuesday evening during school term time so if you're a player and you want to take up a challenging position in the Bicester Concert Band come along.

Hook Norton Brass Band celebrated its 120th anniversary in 2006. Although the band is based here in Banbury, we are proud of our very strong links with Hook Norton.
